Valkyrie is one of Skynet’s standout customer service representatives, known for her patience, empathy, and dedication to helping every user feel supported. When she’s off the clock, Valkyrie enjoys relaxing with her cats — her furry companions who keep her company while she recharges for another day of helping others.

As both a dedicated customer service representative and one of our Elite Crafters, Puz combines technical know-how. Whether assisting customers or crafting some new legendary gear, Puz approaches every challenge with patience and skill.

Mad Hatter – Administrator
Known affectionately as Hatter, she serves as the backbone of Skynet’s operations. As the Admin, she ensures every Discord server runs seamlessly — setting up command rooms, organizing workflows, and keeping the digital side of Skynet running like clockwork. Her attention to detail and knack for structure make her indispensable to both the team and customers. Behind the scenes, Hatter keeps everything connected so Skynet can stay focused on innovation and service.

VHAGAR

Vhagar – Master Crafter of Westeros

Hello! My name is Vhagar, and I’m proud to serve as one of Skynet’s dedicated crafters here in Westeros. I’ve been playing Game of Thrones: Conquest longer than I’d care to admit, building multiple keeps across a variety of troop types and learning the game inside and out. Over time, I discovered that my true passion lies in crafting—perfecting gear, helping players refine their stats, and creating setups that turn good accounts into great ones.

Outside the game, I’m a traveling tattoo artist, taking my art across the United States to festivals and events in many states. I’m lucky to share these adventures with my amazing 14-year-old daughter, who loves traveling just as much as I do. I’ve crafted for many players already and bring a deep understanding of what each account needs to boost stats, improve performance. I’m excited to get to know each of you and honored to be part of Skynet.
